Protein Pancakes

Below is a protein pancake recipe to get your taste buds going. A healthier alternative to the normal pancake recipe thousands of us have on Shrove Tuesday. By simply removing white flour (a food that has been stripped of its nutrients) and replacing it with a mixture of the ingredients below, you can still enjoy Shrove Tuesday guilt free. 


  • 100g Coconut Flour/Oat Flour (blend oats in grinder)
  • 100g Protein Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 20g of Mixed Nuts and Seeds
  • 30g of Ground Flax seeds
  • 100ml of Almond Milk/Water
  • Cocoa Nibs (optional)
  • Coconut Oil For Cooking 

Add all ingredients into a blender/mixer and bring together to make a thick consistency. Pour the batter into a hot pan until the mixture begins to set on the edges. Flip and cook for another 45 seconds 

Simply serve with a mixture of fruits and some organic honey drizzled over the top.
