These sessions are all geared towards fat loss and toning muscle. Which in return will create a healthier, more energetic and radiant you. We stay away from the stone age theory counting calories. We work on building your EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption). During training we aim to deplete your muscles of oxygen. EPOC is the depletion of muscles which effects the consumption of oxygen for up to 48 hours after training. The greater the EPOC the more calories you will burn for up to 48 hours after the training session. Therefore when you're not with us, your body will still be working hard and burning 100s of calories.
We hit all the major muscle groups with compound movements. These are movements which involve numerous muscles/joints. Meaning that your while body has to work hard throughout the session. Which in return will shred fat all over and tone the whole body.
